Constanza.- Alfridomsa as part of its commitment to sustainable food production presented the conference “Risks associated with the safety of fresh agricultural products”, at Festival de la Cosecha, an event developed and carried out by the Constance Development Association (Asodeconst).
The conference given by agronomist Yaneris Collado, specialist in the safety of fresh agricultural products, remarked that food safety plays a fundamental role in ensuring food security at every stage of the chain, from production to harvest, in processing, storage, distribution to the end of the chain, in preparation and consumption.
