Alfridomsa presents food safety conference at Festival de la Cosecha

The company is in the process of certification under the ISO 14001 environmental management standard.

Constanza.- Alfridomsa as part of its commitment to sustainable food production presented the conference "Risks associated with the safety of fresh agricultural products", at Festival de la Cosecha, an event developed and carried out by the Constance Development Association (Asodeconst).

The conference given by agronomist Yaneris Collado, specialist in the safety of fresh agricultural products, remarked that food safety plays a fundamental role in ensuring food security at every stage of the chain, from production to harvest, in processing, storage, distribution to the end of the chain, in preparation and consumption.

El Festival de la Cosecha once again boosted the development and wealth of agricultural production in Constanza in the presence of national and international attendees who, for 4 days, enjoyed an event that seeks to strengthen technical capacities to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the agricultural sector.
